The Academy
A music academy built from a life in music.
YOMA Music Academy was created by Yarima Orellana after arriving in the United States in 2022 and beginning a new chapter in Houston. What started from her home became a personal educational project shaped by resilience, family, discipline, and a deep belief that music should be accessible to students with different ages, backgrounds, and goals.
In our academy, music is not treated only as a subject to study. It is a path toward confidence, culture, emotional growth, discipline, and artistic expression.

Artistic Growth
From the first lesson to the stage.
In YOMA Music Academy, students are encouraged to share music from the beginning. Recitals become meaningful experiences where students build confidence, presence, emotional connection, and pride in their progress.
Our long-term vision includes collaborative performances where students can interact with professional musicians through chamber ensembles, strings, percussion, and interdisciplinary artistic experiences.
